Black Friday 2016 – DEALS

By on 24/11/2016

What’s more important?

There’d be no Black Friday without Thanksgiving, but it seems many are looking forward to Black Friday more than to the traditional Turkey Day itself. When Macy’s announced early openings of its stores two years ago, nobody expected that early meant Thursday, the day set aside as strictly a family affair. Popular disgust didn’t change anything though – lines formed around Thanksgiving dinner, and Americans hungry for new laptops and flat-screen tv’s for low, low prices willingly compromised the sanity of their relatives if not their own.

Last year we were flooded with numerous discount offers, not only from the U.S. Suprisingly the whole world has decided to ride on the Black Friday wave and take advantage of the greed (Did I say greed? I meant deals.) It’s no wonder – according to specialists and retail researchers, Black Friday weekend sales provide the highest revenue of the year.

This year is quite silent, don’t you think?

No shouting out the percentages off, no bidding on bargains, no discount announcements, and no heating up the expectations. Actually we had to dig a bit to complete this list for you (you’ll thank us later). So focus now on your family dinner, carve that turkey, and then – go on – score something nice!

I'm Bogusia - founder of ShopTrotter and Age_Concept Blog I kind of like fashion - meaning: I like to look good, but spending too much time shopping is something that makes me feel overwhelmed. Besides of that - I have a walk-in closet full of wonderful stuff that I use once in 1-2 years... I know, it's outreagous! So I decided to start the Instagram account and try to reuse pieces I own for a long time, without compromising on fashion and style. My new motto is to re-create and re-cycle, instead of buying new stuff over and over. Now I shop consciously - buying only the items that complement my other clothes.
